To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
